Use a tracked service. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

Refund or Exchange

Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receipt and inspection.

Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. Pieces showing signs of wear, fragrance or alteration cannot be accepted.

Final Sale

Bespoke and made-to-measure pieces, sale items, and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange ready-to-wear pieces for a different size, subject to availability. Place a new order and return the original.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a return at our cost and a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
