These Terms govern your access to and use of ZE House of Fashion's website and services. By using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or place an order.
2. Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise indicated and are subject to change without notice. Colours and details may vary slightly due to monitor settings and the artisanal nature of our work.
3. Orders
An order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. Production timelines are estimates and may vary for bespoke commissions.
4. Bespoke Commissions
Bespoke pieces are made specifically to your measurements. Once production begins, bespoke orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
5. Payment
Payment is processed at checkout via our secure payment provider. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and exclude weekends and public holidays. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
7. Returns
Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached. See our Returns Policy for details.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, designs, prints and trademarks — is the property of ZE House of Fashion or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. No content may be copied or reproduced without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZE House of Fashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos.
